I got two phones from this seller, and both arrived damaged. They refunded me only half of what I paid, saying I was responsible for the damage, which is totally untrue.

Stay away from them, it's a scam.

The phone arrived fast and in excellent shape. I'm really enjoying my new device and the savings from not buying it brand new. It would have been helpful if the description mentioned whether a case and s-pen were included, as I was uncertain and had to hold off on ordering them separately. (This is especially crucial for a device like the Fold, where some cases aren't meant to be easily removable.) All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had some concerns about purchasing a used iPad online, thinking it might turn out poorly. I found one that caught my eye and reached out to the seller to check if they shipped to Northern Ireland, since not all do. After getting the green light, I went ahead and ordered. The item was fantastic, arrived super quickly, and I was really blown away by the service. Plus, the iPad itself is just spot on!

I bought a phone that was claimed to be in excellent shape. The listing mentioned it might have a 'few very light scratches.' But, you know, other sellers who say their phones are in very good condition usually state there are no scratches on the screen. When I got the phone, the screen had way more than just a few light scratches, plus there were at least three scratches around 5 mm that were noticeable when the screen was lit up. I reached out with photos, but they told me it was within their grading standards, which it clearly wasn’t. Even though they contacted me after the sale promising to help with any issues, that turned out to be a load of nonsense. Their description is totally off, and if you have a problem, they’ll just tell you to send it back at your own expense.

I was planning to grab a phone from this seller on Ebay, but then I saw that the same model was a bit less expensive on their own site, so I decided to order it straight from there.

The phone showed up last week, and I was honestly taken aback by how well it was maintained. Even though it was listed as grade B, it looked clean, functioned perfectly, and the battery felt like it was fresh out of the box.
